Thank you so much for returning to my blog! If you have not already had a chance you can access my FREE social media training on the side... Thanks again:)

I dont know about you but I CANNOT stand it when people say that!

Life does not have to be the same old routine day after day after day, especially when the routine is such a negative experience!

Through my experiences I have learned first handily that in order to create the life you deserve and have earned through your diligence and hard work YOU MUST recognize life’s cycles…

everything is a cycle some are short as a few minutes while others take years, my point is if you are getting the same results all the time take a look at the natural physical and psychological attributes associated with the cycle you are stuck in.

It is totally possible to do this and pin point the problem areas usually a thinking error.

Write down the events the led up to the outcome and make the choice to change.

Your cycle revolves around your corevalues it is important to evaluate and build SOLID core values.  the part of your cycle when things are ok or “normal” is called the balances stage this is where you are doing well and feeling well.

The next stage is the stress phase. this is where things begin to wear at you and effect you well-being.

The third stage is called the mood phase this could be positive or negative depending on the cycle. Take a DEEP look into your self and evaluate your inner most secrets and feelings.

Fourth stage is the goals phase now break down the five most important goals you foresee now for yourself.

The fifth stage is the constructive stage. you now put your thoughts into ACTION and make wise choices to better yourself! (make a plan now)

The sixth stage involves accepting the REWARDS long term and short term… Take the time to determine these rewards and their benefit’s.

Stage seven I call serenity, this is where you now either have been successfull or not in your cycle you will know by how you interact with others and how others react to you.

the eighth stage is a time to REFLECT, look back ateach stage and reward yourself for accomplishing great feats or if needed reevaluate and make better choices in the future.

So to recap everything base all your choices on solid core values and list each part of your cycle that needs improvement. Find the problem areas and take action, action , action…

It is a noble thought to want to be the best you can in everything you do! I have to say why would you ever do anything less? This is a common feeling that almost every overachiever has to face sometime in there endeavors.

I relate to the feeling of believing I am bullet proof and indestructible this leads into one of the biggest thinking errors that will if left unchanged lead you to complete self destruction! This is not only an error in thinking even better if used in the right way can be one heck of an arsenal in your every day strategies.

It is so easy to want to over-fill your plate when you are hungry… hungry for success that is. This is why I wanted to put some of these thoughts here for you to refer to and hopefully gain some self awareness.

I would like to share some secrets with you that forever changed my life!! Also how to channel all the explosive energy that I had pent up inside to be a more effective and well rounded person(this change all begins with one thought!!!).

First step is to increase your self awareness => Make a list of the things that fill your time

Second step => prioritize your list

Third step to freedom=> Let go of the things that are not productive

It is ok to go back to the basics! Letting go of burdens is not only healing but will strengthen you and your character…

Remember to always stay focused especially when you have the urge to take on more responsibility. I call this super optimism which like I said can be channeled into a force that cannot be stopped…

If you relate to the things I say please leave a comment below and subscribe to my blog, I look forward to sharing and learning from you!
