I have to say that I multi-task. Being a single mom, a RN, and a network marketer gets pretty wearing. I know that I need to focus. When I am with my daughter, I focus on her. I take Sundays off. It is our day together. Tuesday and Thursday are my nursing days and the rest of the week is pretty much part-time marketing. I have learned through working with many programs that I get overwhelmed. I am learning now to just focus on one thing at a time and you are right. If you need to step back or away. Then do it. You do so much more effective when you are focused on one task.
