One of the biggest downfalls anyone can have is the inability to manage time! At one point of time and even today it is thought that if you multi-task you will save time. This IS NOT the case.
One task or project at a time is the only way to truly become the most effective person you can. Try it sometime and put this to the test, you will find that completing one task before moving on will not only save time but produce much more positive and effective outcomes! Every time!!

This SKILL is not only a way to be more effective but a way to be more aware of yourself and well being altogether. Self awareness is part of the foundation of being a solid, confident and effective human being. People will naturally be attracted to you and want to learn how you maintain such a well rounded lifestyle.
So to keep this from getting too long winded be aware of your self and keep your thoughts in TODAY, Focus on the now as it is really all you have, so enjoy it and make it count!

Hans, you bring up a lot of great points. A lot of times I’ll wonder why I never have time for me, and I soon realize it’s because I’ve set up so much time for others because I want to help out but just dont know where to draw the line. I’m actually heading up Hyalite tonight so that should be a great view!
July 26, 2009 at 1:21 pmHi Hans: Your video is great. I have to say that I multi-task. Being a single mom, a RN, and a network marketer gets pretty wearing. I know that I need to focus. When I am with my daughter, I focus on her. I take Sundays off. It is our day together. Tuesday and Thursday are my nursing days and the rest of the week is pretty much part-time marketing. I have learned through working with many programs that I get overwhelmed. I am learning now to just focus on one thing at a time and you are right. If you need to step back or away. Then do it. You do so much more effective when you are focused on one task.
