Acceptance of reality as it is requires an act of choice. Like a fork in the road you have a choice in everything. Choose to accept reality as it is or choose to reject reality it is up to you.
The internal battle is to make the commitment to accept!
The commitment is the first step on the path to freedom and acceptance of the internal battle to commit.
only YOU can turn your mind toward the path of acceptance, you may have to repeat this over and over and over again. The choice is yours to shift your thinking and choose to accept reality for what it is!
